Group Coaching Membership

This is online ultra coaching exclusively for women training for their first ultra.

Women with real lives - families, jobs, and responsibilities that they can't just abandon.

It's for women who want (or need) structure, guidance, accountability, and community while they tackle their big, scary ultra goals.

Women who want to be an example of what's possible and have fun in the process.

If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

How To Join

The She Runs Ultras Group Coaching Membership opens four times a year: January, April, July, and October.

Here’s how it works:

1. Submit Your Application

Tell me about yourself, your running experience, your goals, and what you’re looking for from coaching. You don’t need to be fast or experienced—you do need to be ready to learn, participate, and be coached.

2. I’ll Review It

I personally review every application to make sure the membership is a good fit for what you need and that you’ll be a good fit for the group.

3. Claim Your Spot

If it feels like a good match, I’ll send you an invitation to join with everything you need to claim your spot and get started.

If the membership is currently closed, you’ll join the waitlist and I’ll let you know when spots are available.

What You Get When You Join

This isn’t just a training plan and a giant library of videos that you’ll forget to watch :-)

It’s ongoing coaching, useful resources, and a group of women who will help you keep moving toward your goal even when life happens.

A Plan and Help Making It Work

You’ll get access to SRU training plans for the 50K, 50 mile, and 100K distances. But more importantly, you’ll have help figuring out how to make that plan work for your experience, your schedule, your body, and everything else you have going on.

Answers Before a Small Problem Becomes a Big One

When something feels off, you miss a week, your schedule blows up, or you’re just not sure what to do next, you’ll have a place to ask. Between group coaching calls, office hours, and the Get Coached Q&A, you won’t have to spend three hours Googling conflicting advice and hoping you picked the right answer.

More Confidence in the Decisions You’re Making

I’m not interested in telling you what to do without helping you understand why. You’ll learn how to read the feedback your body is giving you, adjust when needed, and make better training decisions without second-guessing every little thing.

A Stronger, More Durable Body

Running more miles isn’t the only thing that prepares you for an ultra. You’ll get strength, mobility, fueling, recovery, mindset, and race-preparation resources that help you handle the training—and arrive at the starting line ready to use it.

Support When Training Doesn’t Go According to Plan

Because at some point, it won’t. Work gets busy. Kids get sick. Your body gets cranky. Runs get missed. We’ll help you figure out what matters now, what can wait, and how to keep moving forward without deciding the entire training cycle is ruined.

A Group of Women Who Get It

You won’t have to explain why you’re excited about spending hours on a trail or why this goal matters so much to you. You’ll be surrounded by women who have big goals of their own, who are willing to learn, and who genuinely want to see you succeed.

Consistent Support From Start to Finish Line

You won’t be handed a plan and left alone until race day. With a live coaching touchpoint every week, monthly masterclasses and challenges, community conversations, and ongoing access to the resource library, you’ll have support throughout the entire process.
